Golden Valley Rehab - Care Center
Golden Valley Rehab and Care Center is a 175 bed facility. It has short
term and long term residents. We would like the focus to be on our rehab
residents as well as the dementia floor. Our 2nd floor is our TCU
(Transitional Care Unit) and our 3rd floor is dedicated to residents with
dementia. It has 55 residents. Initially, we would like to start with that and
see where it could go from there. Weekends would be great as that is
usually a slow time for the residents especially on the TCU because of no
